While stripping the undercoating of my car I have found quite a few traces of tar. I would like to confirm if my observations correspond with those of other who have stripped low milage cars.

- Bottom part of the rocker seems to have been brushed with tar and not the regular undercoating material this goes all the way and a bit around the seam with the floor pan
- Rear bulkhead seems to have ben covered liberally with tar not just in the areas where the wiring loom etc. etc exit like in the front of the car

With regard to the regular undercoating, the texture seems to differ slightly from floor pans (very rough sand paper like texture) to the front wheel wells bit smoother. This is probably due to gun angles
