Hi All,

I picked up this Talbot Junior mirror for my RSR tribute project. It was so nice and a complete I purchased it as a bit of an impulse buy. I quickly came to the conclusion that it is too small and went towards a larger Tudor mirror for the car. This Talbot is extremely nice with all the original parts including the box, screws, rubber pad and instructions. Supposedly it sat on a shelf in a garage that housed an E-type Jag for some 40 odd years and was never installed. This is the mirror that has the little Talbot mirror image stamped in the logo with the word(s) "W. Berlin". From my research, this is mirror is from the later 1960's and was an actual option for the SWB 911/912's for the Porsche dealerships. The green dot mirrors are actually early '70's or later.

When I decided to possibly sell it, I started to research it. I see pairs of these things for sale in Germany for the $1,500 range. Is that a dreamer price or is that true market value? Open to all opinions. Thanks.
