A shame to have to let her go at this juncture - all the hard work is done, and unless someone themselves has 'been there, done that' (like myself) they won't appreciate the grinding (no pun intended) and grueling work that is behind them. GLWS - seems like a fair and reasonable ask with some $$ upside depending on how much the buyer can do himself.
sweet hot rod build.

Hi guys, thanks for the kind words.
In addition to the body and all panels, the car is basically complete.
- Numbers matching motor (see detailed build instructions in previous thread)
- Correct '67S Webers (included not installed)
- Numbers matching transmission
- Fuel tank
- All light assemblies
- All instruments
- All glass
- All chrome
- Dash and interior panels
- Complete suspension
- New '67S Side decos and rubber from AFS
- Mint horn button
- Mint original hood crest
Keep in mind that you'll want to send stuff out for chroming, cad plating, and powdercoating. Also, the interior is original and tired and not befitting a correctly restored '67S. The only missing items are the wheels and a pair of seats. I intended to find a set if sport seats and 4.5 Fuchs as I got closer to completion.
Feel free to ask any questions and be sure to look at all the pictures. You can't get a car to this place for what I'm asking.
Let me also add that the shop where the car is now would be more than happy to finish the restoration. It was the shop that we subcontracted the paintwork out to that I had issue with.
There would also be no hard feelings if the buyer wanted to use his/her own shop of choice.
Mike,
Thanks that gives me a much better idea of the magnitude of the commitment.
Great opportunity for a SWB sports purpose.

What a great project, really done right.
Thanks. Just to reiterate, the turquoise is primer. The paint shop wanted to tint it that color but the last coat can easily be grey. I now have a source for correct sport seats and Fuchs. If the buyer is interested I can connect them to the seller.
