3 year restoration with 1250 hours of work (2015 -> 2018) done by Provost Porsche / Sport Classic.
The car was fully stripped, shell was sandblasted and put on a rotisserie to make it as new as possible. All rust was repaired at the highest standard, all seams were extra welded to make everything stiffer.
All wear items like bushes, bearings, seals, fuel pump, starter, brake discs etc were replaced with oem or high quality ones.
The car has done more or less 6000 flawless kilometers since the restoration.
Last month the car did go the technical inspection with zero remarks.
Over 130.000€ was invested without the donor car.
+ 200 pictures of the restoration and all invoices are present.

Dealer Description:
- First registration March 29, 1973 in Italy national version
- This car was delivered in March 1973 in Italy as the 911 2.4S Coupe.
- Over the years, it is assumed that 1981, the car was very professionally provided with the wider fenders.
- An original Carrera 2.7 RS engine and transmission were installed, as was the original 100ltr. plastic tank.
- Except for small, but not visible details on the body, this vehicle with engine and transmission, brakes, tank, rims and original sports seats corresponds exactly to the specifications of a Carrera RS 2.7.
- Our research has shown that the engine comes from a Swiss 1973 911 Carrera RS 2.7.
- The gearbox from an Italian 911 Carrera RS 2.7.
- The car is delivered from the factory in this color, it is called blue metallic.
- It was repainted 5 years ago, and photo documentation is available.
- It didn't have to be restored as it was driven in the mild southern Italian climate.
- Engine and gearbox are optically and technically in very good condition, there is no evidence of a previous restoration.
- We found this a very rare opportunity to drive a Carrera RS 2.7 for the price of a 2.4S Coupé.
- The condition is excellent inside and out.
Color combination and equipment ex works:
- Blue metallic (124)
- Black synthetic leather - seat centers in fabric
- Recaro sports seats left/right (409)
- Tinted all-round glazing (568)

For $200,000...they did not bother to match the front signal lenses

I have noticed for the past 3 months or so, that prices in Europe are quite a bit higher than those in the US. Especially on very well done builds. Trend?
