Glove Box Lock Location

Thanks everyone.

Struggling a little here. We have just looked at a few cars in the shop, it appears that the majority of the 71s have the lock offset. Does anyone else have a 71 that could share some insight. My car is a Euro delivered car, not sure if that makes a difference.

RHD or LHD?

that should not make a difference Jim

RHS earlier ones were offset to the left and then for 71 Model year onward to the center just like LHD ones

my car is about 45 cars before his...also 10/70, with the lock to the side.
