    Ballast Resistor Bosch 901.602.853.00 Early 1965 911

HELP - I still need the above original ballast resistor for my April 1965 911 restoration part number 901.602.853.00 BOSCH. Here is the picture of the correct resistor above the coil. Thank you

Hi Chris. Please open the part and take the picture of the inside showing the actual resistor and email to me at katerosecovington@gmail.com. Not sure if the edited picture you sent is the correct one. But saw in the unedited picture the one I believe might be correct. Here's a picture of the correct part I think I saw. Cheers

The one pictured only has two wire connections and the correct one has three wire connections. Here is also a side picture of the correct one above the coil showing the three holes for the three wires. Thank you.

No offense implied. Please poke again. Your first picture had a multitude of parts in it and was kind of a mini swap meet with no prices. I picked the item that matched the original request (I thought). If it was the wrong one, my bad. Please feel free to post a more specific response picture. Thanks again!

here is what i have to let go--it is a 011(two hole) for some reason i removed the grommets but they are included.

but my gut feeling would have said the Z4Z(3 hole--the last two fotos) is the correct one for `65 but did not dig in my photo arcive to veri or or falsify
anyway each is 130€ including insured ship to the US

I am also in need of a 1965 ballast resistor. I'm not sure if mine would have had the two hole or three hole version originally. The parts book I have shows it as having two holes. Is yours still available?
