    FS: 1967 Porsche 912

    ***Sold***

For sale is my Porsche 912, which I've owned for the past seven years. This is a great running and driving project car, and is currently registered under my name. This is perfect for someone who wants to continue working on it, while being able to drive it around. It has the 5 speed transmission, which is not as common as the 4 speed transmissions.
As far as I can tell, the car has never been hit, as it has nice gaps all the way around(doors, hood, trunk), and has a clean title. The floor pans were replaced by the prior owner, and are nice and solid. The original paint color is Polo red, and has a Porsche factory build vin #(not a Karmann factory build).

Things I have done to it over the years:
    -Replaced rubber fuel lines
    -Rebuilt carburetors
    -Replaced fuel level sender
-Replaced clock and Temp gauge(all gauges work now).
-Replaced window frames(nice chrome on those now)
-Replaced seals on front windows and quarter windows
-Replaced front and rear seats, with a nicer set(shown in pics), as the old ones were in bad shape
-Installed a headlight relay(to keep high current from going through the light switch)

    Still needs:
-Paint job(obviously), or continue to drive it as is, if you like the patina look.
    -Minor rust repair
    -Headliner
    -Carpet
-Radio speaker(perhaps also radio, as it's in unknown condition)
-Tires (these tires have been okay for driving around town, but I would replace them, if you plan on driving far)
-Will eventually need transmission work. When the car is cold, I double clutch to avoid any grinding. Once it warms up, there's no need to double clutch.

This is a great deal for a running & driving car, with minimal rust. I'm selling it because I need the garage space, and I'm having a hard time finding the time to keep working on it.

Not test drives unless you have the cash on hand, and you plan on buying it. Please don't waste my time.

    Thanks,
    Joel
