I have a spare. Will need to dig it out. I believe it has a small rust hole in the middle of the band...

Thanks. I’m in Venice Beach area. Don’t mind the small hole, as my car is filled with patina!

First pass through the garage didn’t turn it up, but I know it’s there. Will keep looking!

Do you have the rubber band for #2?
Here's one I had a hard time finding way back when.

The rubber band for #2 is still in decent condition, let's hope it stays that way as I replace all the tubing.

IMHO, Unless you are worried about concours points, I would get a strip of aluminum and bend it. If you look at the tank, it has two lines molded into the tank where the strap goes. This would be the width of the strip.

Partnr for rubber ring for vapor box is 901.201.618.22.
A quick google brings AaseSales with it in the shop ($25).
Carpoint.de sells a whole set with box, hose and connectors (TAN11.1.123).
