    Out for a short drive today ...

    At 3:30 the clock turned on the chassis for the 3rd time !!!

    Not sure how the first 86K were driven, but I know with certainty the last 214K have been pretty 'spirited'...

    36 years and counting... These cars are amazing !!!

    One year anniversary

    Almost one year of ownership and my one year anniversary on the forum. 1973.5 Aubergine sportomatic. I can not thank everybody enough for the advice and the ability to get parts for preservation. The car has gone from a barn find in Oklahoma to driving around the suburbs of Minneapolis. This has been a truly great experience between being an air-cooled 911 owner and a member of the forum.

    Pretty sure I posted in this thread before, but after seeing how nicely this photo turned out I couldn't resist doing it again. With the suspension dialed in and the stock 2.2 now perkier as a 2.5, I'm finally ready to start turning to the cosmetics.
