    What is the 911 part number. Are these aftermarket part aftermarket parts not originally installed by the factory so not appropriate on “911 parts”? If so why put them in “911 parts” section? In the absence of any proof the vendor should move the item to the relevant FS section.

    It’s about respecting the spirit and the letter of the “read this before posting rules”. It would be a pity if ESR descends into a game of cat and mouse requiring folks with reference information and facts to constantly check listings of vendors, should not be acceptable to need moderators to spend a time policing. Why would vendors seemingly deliberately add to the work load of volunteer moderators requiring them to review and intervene on regular large quantity of FS posts? It is likely already pretty clear particularly to the high-volume vendors who sell here and other forums what is the distinction between what should be posted as “early 911 part” and what shpuld posted as “other”. Distinction is set out in the highlighted text — it is not difficult to understand. New members infrequent sellers unfamiliar with the rules perhaps will need help , occasional grey areas will get picked up and clarified but beyond that isn’t it reasonable to expect those posting FS should be done in the right spirit?
