    New early 911 owner!

Hi everyone, i'm new here and recent proud owner of VIN 302869. I was wondering if you have more information on the car in your data base. Accoridng to the information I received the car was delivered to a german client late 1965 and was eventually sold to the US some time later where it spent most if its life only returning to Europe around 2012. Although the car looks good, there are several non-period correct parts, trimmings and details that I want to correct (the most obvious one being the color) and would welcome any known/available information.
    Thank you in advance.

Welcome! Decided to turn this first post (well hidden) into its own thread. Please post some pictures. Looking forward to the related discussion.

Welcome! Do you have the Kardex? If not, DaveP can probably help with that. Unfortunately, you can't direct message him until you have a few more posts. Perhaps he'll get directed here...

If your car is 1969 or earlier, then use the link in post 4 to go to my thread for engine #'s. Get photos of the serial & build/type #'s and post in the thread with the VIN.
