    AKI pro-SparX Professional+ ignition system

Has anyone had any experience, good or bad, of this system (possibly similar to CDi+) which I have just discovered on my ‘72 S as part of an investigation into sluggish pickup from idle (had no idea it was fitted).

It seems there is a replacement CDI box and an adapter plate in the distributor which does away with the points.

When checked with a timing light does this create the correct advance curve?
