Clyde;
That must all seem like a dream now.
Or, that's what dreams (and prob a few nightmares) are made of.
The one of you laying on your side also
prob. brings back some of the pain in the hip, neck, shoulders etc.
Really great job .

Tom,
The really strange thing is I live in a RHD country and own 4 early P cars and 3 of them are LHD. We had a law change a year or two ago so that now its easy to register cars that are LHD. I think that more and more people will do that in the future particularly as the cost of conversion is now prohibitive and hell it wrecks the car.
Everyone used to convert Mustangs etc out here but now its cool to drive a left hooker. I wonder if that makes us Happy Hookers!!!!

Clyed never driven a RHD 911 new or early, but on the early ones, to shift it into first how dificult is it? does second grind?
Clyde,
That restoration puts you in rare company. The only other guy who I have seen go that far is SWB Sam. Both of you should be given awards. Anyone who goes that far and spends that kind of loot to restore an early 911 could only do it for the love...
