1968 911 2.8 RS replica Great driver or race car

The car is a 1968 911L. Ferrari Yellow.
The car has very little rust, California car but it is 38 years old so there is some.
It has large 23 mm frt. sway bar fitted, sportsman fuel cell, custom battery, 6x16 wheels, a nice set of 6x15 are available. The torsion bars are larger ft and rear. All the windows are Lexan except the wind screen. The hood and tail are fiberglass as are the bumpers so with the removal of the fresh air system this car weighs in at 2020.The car has a loop cooler, RS bumpers and RS tail. Dash is decent. The drivers seat and belts designed for racing . The front suspension has a strut brace attached spherical bearing strut mounts. Rotors are drilled but have rust from sitting. They are vented so I would guess the brakes are from a later model. The shocks are Koni Classics front and rear. It has a 901/911 gear box 70-71 with gears and a 904 main shaft. It has been too long to remember the gears. The engine is a 2.8, big port, 906 cam, crank fire (Electromotive) built on 68 aluminum case with boat tail and shuffle pins. It is estimated to have 280 horse power. On Greg Browns dyne it made over 300 ft/lb of torque at the rear wheels but I doubt those results as I wasn't there to see the run. The injection is a custom built big port, big butterfly, tall stacks with individual K&N filters and a custom built MFI pump.1 3/4" headers were also fitted. Old school, probably too large. supertec1@earthlink.net

    A few more pictures

I have more pictures on request and can answer most pertinent question by email or phone.
This is very close to being a competitive club car.
The car is constantly changing as is the price.
