    blower baffle refurbish

as part of my rebuild i disassembled my blower housing
and found the baffles had completely rotted.
    replacements are not available.
    what to do ...

    part 2

well, i'll just make them myself!
the baffle is the exact material of a cheap mouse pad.
trying to cut them freehand was impossible,
so i made cutting dies out of a tin can (sauerkraut i believe, how appropriate!)

just in case it looks like i'm a bolt polishing wacko.
    so far: suspension pan replacement.
    Left inner and outer rocker
    rear package shelf
    partial floor pan
    Right battery box
about 3/4 done with the body work.

its funny though, the little jobs are the most rewarding

Did the same thing Rob. Although, mine are out of orange material. Who cares - they are totally unseen anyway. Great job.

Nice job !!! I've rebuild my blower too. If anyone needs blower spare parts give me a shout. I have a box full . . . one complete blower in pretty good shape . . . and one in various stages of disassembly.
