Caliper id help

Could someone id these rear calipers..They came in a box marked 71', along with a pair of aluminum fronts. Thank you.

like wide-M to my untrained eye.

They are not a matched pair. The one on the left is a standard 911 wide M with 38mm pistons meant for a vented rear rotor. The one on the right looks more like a 914/4 front, but it is hard to tell without more photos. The piston should be measured, I need to know if the spacer width is the same as the left caliper, how many bleed nipples, and what the bolt heads look like. It may be a 911 M front as well.

Hey, Thanks guys! I'll take some more photos tomorrow and try and get them up. Also spacer specs.

The caliper on the right has a 7mm spacer, while the one on the left is 10mm. Each has (1) one bleeder. The ribe head bolts on the left caliper are about 7mm, while the ones on the right measure 8mm. Mounting hole spacing on each is 3". Is this enough info, or is the piston diameter necessary? Thanks again for the help!

That looks to be a left hand front caliper for vented discs with 3 inch ears and a right hand rear 69- for vented discs.

Just a quick rule of thumb, on front calipers the inlet pipe is in the middle of the caliper and on the rear it is at the bottom, plus you can normally tell by the size of the piston. & Bleed nipples are always at the top.

Alan is correct, the one on the right is a front 911 M caliper for vented rotor with 48mm pistons. So you have one front and one rear.

However! They "might" be big reds from the looks of that rattleca... errr, factory powdercoating on there.
