Not without its blemishes but overall it looks like a good driver quality car. If all is at it appears it may not last long at this price.

Has anyone seen this car in person or had experience with the dealer? I seem to recall that they had a car advertised that belonged to a ESR member not too long ago.
That was around the last week of November / the first week of December.I seem to recall that they had a car advertised that belonged to a ESR member not too long ago.

Get the interior done for around $ 5,000.00, bright work $ 2,000.00, clean up the engine, get those seats out of it and you've got a nice ride for a fair price. I like it. I'm a little bias though because I have a Silver 72S. I like it. The body and paint looks good. If the foundation is good the rest can be done over time.

and lots of it...I'm a real sucker for the '72s
why is that a/c compressor so ratty looking? and the alternator strap? I've never seen those pieces get that nasty...did this car live on the beach somewhere for awhile?
It does look like a solid car - drive it and clean it up over time.

You can always tell on this site the cars that poeple really like because there's little chatter about them because deals are going on in the background.I wish I had the extra money to drop on this one right now.

I wonder what seats came with it originally? Should clean-up nice!

The rust in the engine compartment could be a sign of this car beeing left outside in the rain for some time. I wonder what rust has been consealed under the shiny surface? A PPI would reveal most probs if any.

Thom:
My 4th grade geography teacher told me that SF was on the water. And, having visited the place a half dozen times as an adult I have to say it is one damp place and indeed is on the water.
Fog, wind, salt water. These in any combination make great a great catalyst for rust.
