Jim, have you done this route before? It sounds like some world-class roads. I think I can make it from my house to Albany-area in 9-10 hours at civilian speeds.
Curt
I did a good part of the Vt. route last August in the Wench and had a ball.
Most of the NH route I've done in the past in my Healey and back in my Motorcycle days. Some great driving roads and some incrediable views.
Would be great if you could make it East.

Curt, I've done sections of it over the years. We are in the process of getting some local knowledge for different parts of the drive, given the mountainous areas that we will be passing through it should be a lot of fun.
The inspiration behind this is the old Ironbottom, and Dave's Targa. We'll see how it goes this year - hopefully it will be an annual event.
I hope that you can join us, depending on the final route we might be an hour or more west of Albany when we cross I-90. I know that you can cut that driving time down to 7 - 8 hours.

If anybody knows the route from the east coast to Saginaw Bay .... it would be you
I just did a quick virtual drive on some of the highways you listed via Google Street View. I think this event has some really good potential
Maybe you can convince that Ludwig fella from Ohio, to come along
