'67 911 wiring harness for reference

Not sure if this will do anyone any good... but just thought I'd offer. I have the entire wiring harness out of my '67 right now if anything is needed for reference. It's been cleaned up, labeled and in a few places repaired, using a NOS harness I also have for comparison. Wiring harnesses on hand include the front trunk, the main body/rear, engine, rear wiper, interior lights, trunk lights, rear decklid lights/wiper, ignition, and fog lights.

If you're thinking of building any of these secondary harnesses (fog, rear wiper, etc) I'd be happy to supply measurements, pics, etc... As well, if there is any general set of info/pics I could supply to the knowledgebase for future reference, pls suggest; am happy to contribute in any way while these are out.

Fog and Rear Wiper wiring diagram

Had a few requests for the fog light and rear wiper wiring diagrams. I can also post pics if needed, but hopefully one can replicate the wiring harness from the attached diagrams I made. Pls let me know if additional clarification is needed, or if there is interest in other wiring harnesses per my initial posting. Harness will be going in the car soon, so hit me up while it's still out!

    Pat,

Where does the double brown wire spade lug "hook up?" I'd also like to purchase your extra fog light harness if it is for sale? Thanks.

By my measurements the OD of the white/yellow wire is 2.8mm. That is with the insulation, not the conductor alone. The little brown ground on the switch is only 2.3mm.

I think 14 AWG works for the White/Yellow and 16ga for the little brown.

    Thanks Pat! Workin' on it!

Now if my Knipex crimper would just show up. It is annoying to buy something from a e-commerce site only to be told that it is on back order. Seems to me the entire point of internet connectivity is having visibility into your own inventory!

I have correct brass connectors and rubber covers and the wire size is perfect, I compared it to the stubs on the original switch (shown at center) and it is a very nice match, right down to the yellow tracer!

    304065,
Do you have a source for the male and female black rubber spade connector covers?
I had some in black from Eagle Day, but now everything seems to be clear vinyl including the ones from Wurth.
    Thanks,
    Ken

Ken, you get everything from YNZ yesterdays parts. I have been also experimenting with dyeing the clear vinyl ones black.

Crimper came in FINALLY from Wasilla, Alaska. A German Knipex, made in Japan!

I am very pleased, this is the correct F-type crimp. My first effort in the photo was a little weak, the rest look identical to the factory. With rubber sleeve, indistinguishable but for 45 years of patina.

Ok, in the pdf referenced in this post, is there an error? Seems the double brown wires should connect to a ring terminal rather than a female spade connector. If it should be a female spade connector, where does it connect. If its a ring terminal, I believe there is a ground stud in the area.
