    FS: 2.2 "S" Heads 911.104.307

I'm selling a set of six 2.2 "S" heads, these heads have had the valves and springs removed, lightly bead blasted and inspected. No issues with these heads other than a small piece of the cooling fin missing on 3 of the heads. $1,000 OBO plus shipping from 92627. Email me with any questions - dv92627@yahoo.com

    Thanks,

    Dan

Bump, let me know if there is any interest, otherwise I'm packing these back up and stashing them in the attic for some unknown future project

Some interest here-- Question-- If I am going to install 2.2S pistons in a 2.0 liter case, doI need 2.2S heads as well or can I use the original 2.0 liter straight 911, 130 hp heads? Regards Chris

You need to use the 2.2 heads, there is a BIG difference in combustion chamber size. Using 2.2 pistons with a 2.0 head will result in a VERY low compression ratio.

I believe there is also a difference in piston/cylinder diameter between the 2.0 and 2.2. To use your 2.0 heads you will have to invest in machining to open them up. Apply that savings to the 2.2 heads and they aren't so expensive.
