I'm looking for recommendations for a good anodize service with demonstrated experience refinishing '68 SWB door frames and also a service for re-chroming horn grilles.
Thx,
Dan

Is he the only option? Does Harvey anodize?
Dave,
Harvey doesn't do it in house, but let him tell'ya himself...
There's a few lesser know but very good venders that I've heard of, but 'King of Chrome' does a very good job and has folks sending him stuff from all over the world....
Never had them do any Porsche stuff for me, however had him do 19 pieces of original trim on the ’67 Chevelle that came out perfect... expensive, but perfect.
Cheers

Another plug for the King. I had him prep and reanodize all for my 67 911 with exception of front and rear window trim, turn around was a month and finished product was concours quality.

I have no problem with the theory that all men are created equal.
But after that moment you are on your own and nobody owes you a damn thing.

Try Nu Chrome in Fall River. Just dropped off some grills for chroming and got the "grand tour". If my grills are as good as the work I saw, first class!.
Two different kinds of anodizing. Wheels are the protective non cosmetic type and the doors are "Bright" clear cosmetic anodize.
Different formulas.

Thx everyone for the help. I'll check into Nu Chrome and the "King".
Doigthom, can you let me know how your grilles turn out because Fall River is relatively close to me.
