OK, I'll play... Sold the car a few years back but not before participating in the RennSport Reunion II at Daytona. Should have kept that one!

Built this car in 1995 and drove it during my senior year of high school ... I delivered many a pizza in this thing ... also took my date to prom in this car. She was my canyon-carving co-pilot so it was old hat by the time prom night came 'round.
1973 conversion ... 2.4S stroker motor (2.2S with 2.4 crank) ... MFI, factory heat exchangers, close ratio gears, Bilsteins and heavy springs, 7X15 Fuchs ... a turn-key street sweeper.
Took these pics on slide film back in 2002 right after coming back to LA after college graduation ... I was the first R Gruppe gathering I attended ... Turkey Run II ... I'll see if I can find the video of the descent from Newcomb's Ranch.
Talk about a flashback ... http://forums.pelicanparts.com/porsc...n-ii-pics.html

Had some really mild weather yesterday and clean roads, so I decided to wake the GT up from its winter long slumber and go for a ride. I really love driving this car - so different than the 911. Removed some graphics during the winter and will probably continue by removing the Ferodo and IMSA GT stickers. Not sure yet... I really would like to figure out how they mounted the Cibie hood lights in the fog light location. Got a set that I want to mount there someday.

Looks like part of a P40 Tomahawk (sans engine -- it can't be real), a P47 Thunderbolt (that can't be real either) and a couple of late 50's-mid-'60s era fighter bombers (Corsair...?)

John, that pic was taken outside a local air museum. Some jets there are probably from some graveyard or former gate guards. There are the following airframes, but are wooden mockups I think (never been in) - P-40, P-51, Me-109, and P-47. The jets are a Rockwell Sabreliner, Corsair, F-105, T-2 Buckeye, F-86, A-4 Skyhawk, and a couple of Huey helicopters.
Posted on the other six thread, but here is an interior pic of the blue car.
