Marc, beautiful car, beautiful location! Roads and scenery in western Canada are the finest in North America IMHO. We don't get there often but Alberta and BC are my favorite places to road-trip. BTW, the Howe Sound Brewery below the Chief has great beer and food, and comfortable rooms. Nice spot to layover before heading back to Seattle... too bad it's nearly impossible to ship a car into Vancouver.

Can't wait to go back, maybe next year with the 356 since last time we took the 911... Sea to Sky, Gold Bridge, the Spring Thaw event... I love that area.

Some more shots - engine bay and interior. Note: What looks like overspray on the muffler isn't. I'm told that the coating will take time to cure with heat cycles. The change in colour so far is nearest to the exhaust manifold pipes. One of my favourite details on a 911 is that muffler sitting low below the bumper line with two straps holding it up. No modern car with chrome exhausts can touch this look IMHO.

Marc, simply beautiful that car. I am partial to blue and that color looks fantastic. And what I can see of the rest of the car - wow! Congrats on finishing it. Love British Columbia.

No self-levelling shocks. In fact I've never seen a 911 with them. Mine came with torsion bars when it was bought. I've read that most self-levelling systems were changed out early on by their owners. Currently I've got the S set up - torsion bars and a sway bar.
