Thanks. Not sure I can navigate the German however.
Better check if they actually have the hella logo and type numbers.
There is also a reproduction lens that does not have these markers.

Is there anyone making the housing that goes behind the lens?
Thanks - Brad

Are there different versions of the lens? The one in the first post is more rounded on top and the rest are more rectangular.
There should be a rubber gasket behind the lens also, right?

The original units are from metal, but almost unobtainable in new condition.
Most of them have rusted away.
There are a few GRP repro's out there. I know TRE does some (http://www.tremotorsports.com/product.cfm?Node=11128), but there must be more.
This year at Essen I've even seen a white plastic lamp unit with repro lens without any markings.
There is a 'double sided' rubber seal that goes around the housing, so that it has rubber on the side where it is srewed to the fender and it has rubber to the side that lands the marker lens. Its a very soft foamy kind of rubber that tears easily. THere are now stiffer real rubber seals available, but it is debatable if that is a better choice, sice it warps leass easily around the unit and leaves less 'fitting space' to seal between the unit and the fender. Also the lenses break really easy if you try to fit them to the wrong curve... (These are all differently curved components and initially it was all designed for the NSU cars.... I think the 911R mechanics drove a NSU themselves and just took it from their own car to test)
