I have three 10mm hex Allen wrenches that are stamped "DIN 911 SW10 Klien W.Germany." Is this the correct wrench for the spark plug tool that came with the SWB 1967 911? Also, since I only need one, what is a fair price for the Allen wrench? Thanks.

The rule of the thumb is that goods labeled "Made in Germany" were produced before 1973, when there was a ruling that it was not possible to distinguish between BRD and DDR without specifying "West Germany" or after the unification of Germany in the '90s. But it is not alway true, since some manufacturers used the "W." even before the ruling. I guess your key is original.

Can anyone tell me if the 930 10mm wrenches were any different than the early 911 Allen keys? I ask this because there is one advertised for a 930 on ebay that is priced fair but doesn't have any markings. For all I know it could be from the Dollar Tree; so I would like to know if there are any identifying markers such as the inscription posted above. TIA
Max? I see you're Fiona would fit in the time period I'm looking at.
