Never Seen Before Porsche Sticker Campaign Code

These 2 stickers came on a 1973.5 911T. Has anyone ever seen them before? Any ideas to what they were? I have attached a pic and look forward to hearing any ideas.

If it has shielded/grounded plug wires perhaps that was the campaign? Porsche's "solution" to blowed up airboxes.

    It didn't work.

I think that may have been the fuel line reroute recall that burned a few in the beginning. There were other "Campaign Codes" (you might call it a recall that didn't go far enough) but the fuel line caught the most attention along with the shielded wires fiasco as Frank mentioned.

Is there anyway, I could find out if my 1973.5 had this done? Does Porsche keep recall information by VIN and prove to NITSA that the car had it done?

    Thanks
