Well, while flipping through some old Magazines from 72 I saw this ad.


Schwabstraße is just a few meters from the former Recaro works in Stuttgart.
And Scheel was also located in Stuttgart, so I thought give it a try:
The company is still in business und doing upholstery for Furniture.
They don't have any more seats or parts nor moulds, but I got a brochure from them.
(I was hoping to get some 100 Sets of Scheel GT sliders D)

Hi Uli,
Would you happen to know of a source for the Alpina cloth? I've given up waiting for a bolt of the older cloth (where the different colors are sewn together, I think I've sent you a photo in the past) to magically appear since my seats need re-covering soon. Thanks!
