We are getting close. HCR14 is only a few weeks away. A few words for notification. This will be followed by email through our list.
There are two cut-off dates you must be aware of. THESE ARE HARD CUT_OFFS!!
Thursday, March 13 is the cut-off for shirt orders. If you have not registered and ordered shirts and hats by Close of Business (CST) Thursday you will not be able to purchase these. We have to have time for shirt orders to be completed and delivered.
Thursday, March 20 is the cut-off for registration. If you have not registered by this you will not be able to. We have to finalize catering/food one week out.
I can say we are bigger than last year. It is going to be a great event. Thanks to everyone who has already registered. We look forward to meeting everyone for our opening night beverage in the parking lot Thursday afternoon.
