WTB: Limited Slip for 901 Transmission

The cast housing on my transmission is cracked, so I need a replacement (Nadella axles).

If you have Nadella axles you must have an aluminum case. The Samba LSD application includes the 914 so I believe it is for a mag case. I think you need a 904 LSD $$$! I have two and I may part with one.

...But the aftermarket may have what you need for a lot less. Flanges could be a problem.

904 lsd housings typically crack at the welds on the end cover. The ZF manual shows this end bolted but it is welded instead. A certain Mr. Stoddard says they were never welded but Mr. Conway confirmed they were and can be repaired if needed. Id consult Carquip in Colorodo for help in this matter.

Guard makes a great 904 size diff for Alu trans. The original Nadella open diff drive flanges should fit. Gled
