If true, it will be of major significance.
300 005 will basicially be a 901 prototype car.
300 001 and 300 002 are part of 13 documented 901 prototype's, of which only 1, 13327 "Barbarossa" is still known today, together with a planned 901 convertible. Both are located in the US.
Aichele writes, much more than 13 prototypes were used, 005 could be one of these. Many got later destroyed, some were sold.

The best part of this story is the car was "Found" by the long time owner of the car and not someone else. Congrats.
