    late night run

Took advantage of the weather tonight at work (70 degrees here in VA) and took off for a nice run. Ran for a mile and a half then stopped and sat on a bench by the bay and listened to the helicopters in the background. Felt good to be outside and not freezing my butt off! What a great way to finish off a Tuesday

    That's special.

    I'll share.

My morning gym workout at 6:30, a Gyro for lunch, a very healthy BM at about 3, followed by my favorite combination of choice hops after work.

    It was a good day.

Tomorrow will probably be the same.

What type of workout do you do Frank? Gyro sounds good, but as far as the hops...gotta lay off the empty calories.. Have you mended things with your pal that owns your old car?

    That's a serious bird.

Strength training with light cardio 5-6 days a week. 45 minutes daily is just right.
I work out so I can enjoy my empty calories. I love my empty calories. With my BMI I can get away with it.

Dennis and I agree to disagree on matters of cultural differences.
And he no longer wants the parts that came off of his 301349 car. His prerogative.

Second biggest helo in the world I believe (I think the Russians built one bigger). Primary purpose is clearing sea mines and we can also do heavy lift (we worked with the Army last year moving howitzers on det). That's a good routine, I focus more on cardio as I enjoy running. Had to take a break for a few months after my car accident on Thanksgiving Day, so it feels good to get back into it! What's your favorite brew?

Hopefully you're back in one piece! I had both my knees replaced in early Dec so we were both on the mend during the holidays. No fun.

Favorite brew? After my pain med time was up my fav, Dogfish 90 tasted like syrup so I'm currently on a local hoppy IPA from Four Peaks Brewery called Hop Knot. Good stuff; not too heavy.

    This is getting boring.

Get a door panel off today and post a pic so we can settle this "original blue leather" debate.

Give Three Floyds "Zombie Dust" a try very tasty! I'm with Frank on this one I log 3.5 to 5 miles 5 days a week so I can enjoy my empty calories and a "Rocky Patel".

Will try to get a panel off real quick, about to head off to work... I was running 3 miles a day for a while but my damn IT band started acting up so I gave it a break and then got into my accident. Felt good to be back out there though. I prefer hard cider to beer actually.. not really too big into beers (I've tried a bunch, just can't find one that does it for me). I also love margaritas but the wife has made me cut back on all of it
