My interior guy has done a marvelous job of restoring the door pockets for my '70E project. The original door pocket trim however is just too dented and scratched to be reused.
What is the best source or solution for replacement door pocket trim?

I saw them in person and they looked nice. I didn't have an original pocket on me at the time for comparison but, based on what I saw, I wouldn't hesitate to buy them.
That's good enough for me. Thanks.

Not sure when SM stopped carrying these but as of today, these trim kits are no longer available. Hopefully another source will appear.

Don't give me too much grief about this, but I resorted to using plastic "chrome" truck molding from Pep Boys when I redid my driver's side folding door pocket. Most of the trim was missing when I purchased the car except (importantly) the square piece. The only place I could find the sparkly bits on line was SM (like you), but they have been NLA on their website for a long time. So, I resorted to the $10 plastic molding from Pep Boys. That, together with some decent vinyl from a local fabric shop, and the pocket looks much better than it did. Certainly not concours, but also not screwed to the door through both the vinyl and cardboard with a huge bolt and washer with all the chrome missing as it was when I bought it.
