I believe that car is actually owned by Peter Kitchak.
Peter has owned it for more than 25 years, having purchased it from Prescott Kelly.
The recent video of the Ingraham's driving their cars, along with Vic Elford, was filmed at Peter and Pat Kitchak's Toad Hall Vineyard in Napa Valley and I believe this same car is seen in that video.
I don't think there is an asking price. As of a year or so ago, Peter's response to questions about what his sale price was "Make me an offer".
I believe that offers got to $800K without being sufficient for him to sell.

I've now confirmed that Roads Scholars did purchase the car from Peter Kitchak.
A reliable source told me that, in his opinion, RS paid twice market but perhaps that's the new market?!
They were apparently shopping it around at the Monterey weekend at $1.9M

1984 Porsche 911SC-RS VIN Number: 110008 (chassis 8 of only 20 assembled)
Rothmans International, the tobacco company with immense market saturation in Europe and the UK, was well known around Weissach. They were principal sponsors for Porsche 956 efforts with great success for both firms, beginning with the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishes of Rothmans livery cars at the 1982 Le Mans. Jürgen Barth, as head of customer racing, had done several international rallies in a company-prepared 924 and had begun lobbying for a Porsche to return to these events in 911s. The third member of this project was David Richards, a retired rally driver who, in 1981, had started a company managing rally entries. A deal was done: Porsche could produce a car, and Richard’s company Prodrive was to prepare it and manage Rothmans Porsche Team in the European Rally Championship and the newly formed Middle East Championship.
Porsche Cars Great Britain imported this car, chassis 110 008, and two others as prototypes in April 1984. Rothmans eventually ran six cars for competition. Following extensive testing and modification, Rothmans ran it in several European Rally Championship events with Finnish rally driver Henri Toivonen. While he retired before finishing the Circuit of Ireland, he won the Ypres 24 Hours in Belgium and the Madeora Rally in Portugal. Gearbox problems plagued all the SC-RS cars – telexes between Prodrive and Barth reflect frustration and disappointment on both sides.
At the same time, Qatar-born driver Saeed Al Hajri campaigned one of the Rothmans SC-RS cars and won the FIA Middle East Championship in 1984. He repeated in 1985, taking a 1st place in this car in the Jordan Rally. He experienced inconsistent success in 1986, capturing 4th overall in the Acropolis Rally in Greece and 3rd in the Limburgia Rally in the Netherlands in 008. But 1987 was a great year for Al Hajri and this car, with two firsts in the Qatar and the Kuwait Rally, and two seconds in the Jordan and Oman rallies. Once again he won the FIA Middle East Rally Championship. Number 008 is an original survivor and retains its patina from the 1987 championship season.
Sometime after Customer Sports completed the 20 homologated cars for road and Group B rally use, Porsche assembled a 21st copy from extra bits for a customer in Switzerland. Number 008 was one of the few with a litany of rally starts and finishes in its log book, and one of the very few with a Rally Championship behind its name.
Chassis 110 008 represents a rare opportunity to own a piece of Porsche history with serious race provenance in the iconic Rothmans livery. It would be a welcome addition to any 911 RS focused collection or a stand alone 911 in its own right. Chassis 110 008 comes with binders of Porsche/Rothmans documentation that includes: competition, testing, and team organization notes . . .'
