There is a very very nice 73 Light ivory T coupe that is on Rennlist for under $100k. I'm not sure if it has been discussed here yet, but anyone shopping for a CIS T should check it out. It will not last.

Seller's Description:
One owner, garaged, never in long term storage, CIS, original options: Blaupunkt AM/FM Frankfort, Cool A/C, S package, tinted glass, Carrera tensioners, pop-off valve, 2014: engine resealed, valve job, clutch, A/C compressor and hoses. High quality repaint in 1998 by restoration shop and still looks beautiful. Runs and drives as a ’73.5 should. Highly original car at a reasonable price with other similar cars being offered at $150K or more. This car evokes comments from people every time I drive it. Very rare to find a low mileage, one owner, beautiful early 911T which has never been modified.

71T 5.jpg
BaT Description:
Located in Ottawa, Canada; this 1971 Porsche 911T has been with the seller for nine years and was originally Irish Green. It is powered by a largely stock 2.2L engine with 901 5-speed transmission. The car now wears 15″ Fuchs with Pirelli P6 tires, though the original 14″ wheels are included in the sale. The seller has driven the car around 10k miles and last had it serviced prior to being stored for the winter including a rebuild of the CDI unit, distributor, oil change and brake inspection. The car is sold with a clean Ontario title in the seller’s name.
Paintwork was completed two years before the seller purchased the car and is showing its age. Some orange peel is present on the A-pillars and below the grille on the engine cover. The separate set of original 14″ wheels are in good condition along with the original spare. Chips and scratches are evident are the body, particularly on the deck lid.
The larger wheel/tire package fills out the wheel wells. In back the metal around the rear bumperettes shows a slight bend, and the seller believes someone backed the car into something at some point in its life.
Seats are from a 911E, though the heavily worn original cloth seats are included. There is a split in the drivers seat bottom and bolster. The dash is intact with original hardware, though there is a crack on the right side of the instrument cluster. The wheel needs to be re-covered, and the clock and oil gauge are not functioning, but all of the other instruments are said to work correctly. Floors are in good shape under the carpet. There is a cut in the passenger seat bolster. The original radio turns on, but only crackles.
The engine is believed to be original, though the seller does not have a Porsche COA to confirm. The car is said to run reliably following a recently rebuilt CDI unit, distributor, oil change and brake inspection. The seller notes that the car leaks oil, a small leak at the oil tank and a larger leak where the engine meets the transmission. Oil consumption is around a liter between changes. Some smoke is noted on startup, but once warm there is no smoke under part or full throttle. The seller provides several good underbody shots. The previous owner oil sprayed the underside of the car annually, and the pans look solid in photos.
The chassis number on the data plate matches the chassis number stamped in the body near the fuel tank match. The data plate looks to have been removed and reattached at some point in the car’s life and is now affixed with screws rather than rivets. Included with the car are the original wheels, seats, records for the seller’s nine years with the car, and some miscellaneous spares including belts and lenses are included.

Could this B-J Auction car have been this V8 conversion at one point?

Also very odd, the B-J Auction pictures seemed to be old low-resolution Fantasy Junction photos with the engine bay being an 'S' red shroud with MFI.

One of a reported 10,173 Porsche 911T Coupes built for the 1973 model year; this is a handsomely presented car that has the optional five-speed manual transmission matched to its flat six-cylinder engine. Additionally this 911T features a primarily black interior with black and white patterned front seat inserts and fold-down rear seats. Fuchs forged alloy factory wheels, Goodyear Eagle Sport tires, Alpine audio, four-wheel disc brakes and the front-located spare are all part of a platform that is, by all appearances, clean throughout.
