    Porsche Calendar 1964

I was fortunate to find a complete 64 factory calendar last year, with all 24 pictures in its original mailer.

The separate artwork that contains the bronze coin is nice enough to frame by itself.

The picture of Herbert Linge in a Carrera GTL Abarth was taken by my father David Bunin at Sebring the previous year.

Does anyone know what date the Porsche crest changed?

Although change will have affected lots of Automobilia one example the is red coat style listed in the 73 accessories catalogue seemingly dated VI /73 with couple pictured alongside RSR, that was discussed previously:

I have two of this 70s coat but they've different design of cloth crest badge so curious if there was a particular documented date when when the Porsche crest was officially changed from one design to the other?

Unless there was a lag effect date doesn't seem to align with the KG to AG change but wondered if it is linked to something significant or was just a periodic marketing brand tweak?

Shell logo evolution is clearly delineated but is ther a similar timeline for Porsche logo?Name: image.jpeg

Presumably based on that reference number in catalogue change occurred some point after middle of calendar 73?

Posting question on this thread as the crest is likley to be on many of the items discussed here, not just the jacket. However it might need a separate thread. Is there noticeable difference in paper printed version where limited colours used. Woven cloth badges are very visibly different. Any "historians" know when and why the change happened?
