    WTB: plastic washer inside rear shock dust cover

    Hello. Need one of these spacers that fits in the shock dust cover. Komi shocks, rear.

    allways wondered what this is for...have some but don`t know where i`v put them.if i come across the donotknowhatitisbox i`ll let you know...

    This acts to prevent the rubber bump stop from sucking hydraulic fluid past the shock seal. If you hit a bad bump and the shock stops on the rubber stop, then a vacuum can be created inside the rubber stop. To prevent this vacuum from being created the washer shown above sits between the top of the shock and the rubber stop. The grooves go on the shock side and create channels for air to pass.
