    Showed my mother's car back at post #170, so thought it time to show my father's: 1972 280 SE 4.5, 59K miles, original in every way.

    Both cars are resting happily in my garage to this day.

    '. . . original paint (documented) early 1973T that I just came across. Good car, 20,800 miles, MFI. I have documented the originality by dismantling an abundance of things, even used a paint meter, and ordered a cert of authenticity. But the door jamb paint plate reads a different color . . .'
