W: Early hotrod / modified coupe

    Hi all,

I took inspiration from Xavier's thread. I am looking for a similar build - a nice daily driver modified early Porsche coupe. I want something that I'm not afraid to put miles on and has nice power, suspension, interior upgrades. I don't care about matching numbers. Ideally, I would like up to a 1973, but will extend through late 80's as well.

I would even consider race cars that can be transitioned to road cars. Although not ideal due to the extra $$$.

I am ready with cash in hand and would like to pay up to $70-75k. However, price will fluctuate depending on year / build quality.

Moving forward will require a PPI/seeing the car or having someone see the car, etc.

    Looking forward to chatting.

    Best,
    Hootie

Bump. I've received some awesome submissions. I'd love to see more! Willing to extend a bit on price depending on build quality and mods.

I wish you the same luck. I truly hope to close the deal on mine next week. I received interesting cars, but one really caught my attention, even if I had to find additional money on top of my initial budget.

    Hootie, Xavier,

Anything you pass on, I would appreciate the chance to review. In search mode myself.

Happy to share leads I get that don't fit my goals.

    Robert,

Best of luck on your search!! The "yellow" one is safely tucked away.
