If i had one to let go....Tangerine or Ivory White.... 911T coupe

    Hi everyone,

Big question that i have to answer soon for many reason . My 15 years own 911T Ivory white completly original or my 911T tangerine completly redone with original spec...

Both have the same mileage. Both run perfectly.

    Need your advice.

    Thanks.

    Seb.

I think this is a dumb question. Who else but you should be able to decide. Or is this a camouflaged for sale ad?

Unrestored rust-free condition is always more important than colour, so I'd keep the Ivory white one. (I'm not biased as I own a tangerine)

    That's an emotional decision. I have 2 911's and it's a hard to decide.
I'm guess the Tangerine car is a 69?? by looking at the door handle.

    Which one drives better??

My 2 cars, a top shelf (museum like quality) 2.4 1972 Albert Blue vs my imperfect cosmetically mysterious history 1969 Tangerine 2.0 would be easy. I would keep my 69 because it's a driver. I am not as worried about it over the near perfect 72 which I worry about more cosmetically.

I prefer the 2.0 liter. I can use the power of the engine more safely than the more powerful 2.4 MFI car.

As beautiful as the Albert Blue car is I am obsessed with Tangerine.

We need to know more about each of your cars to better decide but I am leaning on you keeping Tangerine.

I see your conundrum. Original is better than restored, but Tangerine is better than Ivory IMO.

What year are they? You're saying they are exactly the same spec?
