As a diy-er, and ONLY y-er I find I've missed out on the camaraderie and benefit of perspective of other vintage Porsche enthusiasts. I hope someone took you up on the offer! If there is any one in the Chicago area doing work like this and who could use some company and beer, give me a holler. Mike O'Meara 708-738-0863

Excellent! We have much in our ancestry to live up to, although I'm a failure in this particular category. First pint is glorious, second pint is fine. If I make to the third ("turd") I'm ready for bed. Enough thread hijackin' for me, but here ya go...O'Meara's The Irish House.jpg

    Mark, It is this Sunday.

I can drop by your garage and drive your 911S over to the show if you don't have time to do it.

I would love to hand you the keys, but the S is still over at Martine’s patiently waiting for attention. Hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving. I’m headed to belly of beast, Boulder, CO.

    Mark,
Your name was mentioned a few times in Amelia Island.

Is Martine finished with your car yet? I can pick it up for a test drive.

I really missed not going to Amelia Island. First time in many years I have not attended. No Martine is not finished. With all that is going on in the world, I suspect it will take a little longer than normal (which is usually forever ) I wish I had my car right now as it would be nice to be able to get out of the house and go for a ride. Hope you guys had fun.
