69s luggage compartment wiring harness photos needed.

My 69S wiring harness was burned by a careless mechanic. I have salvaged 1/2 of it (the part for the gauges on). I have almost 1/2 from the fuses, from another car (it was cut to turn into a racer). What is missing is the middle portion which includes the flasher relay... I have yet another harness from an unknown year that I can steal from, but need to see a complete harness to help figure out where it will all come together. Any one have photos? Thanks.

I really doubt this will help much, but here’s a picture from my ‘69E.

My 2 cents is that you would be better off buying a new harness (just the missing/burnt bits) vs. trying to Frankenstein multiple harnesses together. You probably already know this, but 1969 had a one-year-only harness and it doesn’t plug and play with other years.

If you are set on DIY, there is a wiring diagram on RennList, search for 1969 911 Wiring Diagrams. I believe it’s SL33...?

I got a new harness soup to nuts from Wocheslander in the EU. He has portions of the 1969 harness for sale. Give him a call or email.

    Good luck!

Don't work back from a burnt harness and stitch one together. Not worth effort and risk

I think I have a decent, complete '69 front harness. PM me with your email if you would like to take a look at it.

Thanks. I am beginning to think that stitching together is going to be a very frustrating adventure. I did look at Kroon, and am looking at a couple other options.

Tom, this looks pretty good. It appears that the front light plug in has been cut off. Is that correct? It's about 6-8" from the fuse box end. And to verify, it's from a 69s? How much do want for it?

This harness is not a 69, but a 71-73 model. Only 69 models have the positive battery wire as a part of the front harness. Starting from 70 its included in the main harness. Only 69 & 70 had a blue-yellow loop for the gauges, starting from modelyear 71 was red-black. A 69 has more relay sockets and no separate female connector for the hazard switch.
