    Assuming that the dealer is protecting their client's security and privacy issues, what is your motivation in contacting the current owner of the car?

    If you would like to reunite the vehicle with it's documents, that's simple: mail them to Victory requesting they be forwarded.

    It seems to be at a dealer in St louis now.

    I dont care who owns it now, But I'd like to make sure they go where they need to.
