I just could not watch them work on these wheels. Too, too much stress. So I enjoyed the tour. Came back and they were done !! What a relief !! Kudos to the staff and Mr Wiedman for holding my hand through the process !! George

Hey Guys !! Went over to check on the 911. Mr Laws is back working on the car and is in the process of installing the windshield. Here, he is reattaching the VIN tag back to the window post. The post fabric actually goes underneath it, necessitating removing the tag. Name: image.jpg

Here is Mr Laws with the windshield. He has attached the rubber and chrome trim. Next is actual install using the string technique, then gluing into place. He wants the rubber in place then gluing as the glue is black and wants to decrease the chance of soiling the white headliner. Thanks for watching !! Hopefully more action to come. Name: image.jpg

Oh, yes. Don't want the car to be too much "air cooled". George

Hey Guys !! Sorry for the lack of updates. Mr. Laws has been working on the dash and installed the rear window. Next are the knee pads and rear interior. Restoring these cars takes patience !! Thanks for following this blog. GeorgeName: IMG_0475.jpg

Hi Guys !! Went over to Mr Laws to deliver the restored door frames and quarter windows by King of Trim. Here are details of dash. Steering wheel next with recovered knee pads. He will recover the original knee pads as ones I have bought are later models and the glove box door will not open fully. Name: DSC_0395.jpg
