    Rick,

The car is now fully dismantled and at the media blaster.
The COA came in and lists as color Sea Green. I have a copy as PDF file which I cannot upload here, however I also obtained a copy of the Kardex from my contact in Germany which I will be able to upload, it says in German 'Meergruen' which stands for Sea Green:

Furthermore I was lucky to find and purchase an original Glasurit Color Sample book which lists this color also, I held the color chip to a piece of the car with old original paint and it matches perfectly, though the chip looks darker in my picture below, that is just the picture.

Still looking for a picture of a 911 in this color.
We know now for sure that the car pictured in the beginning of this thread is not Sea Green as some suggest, that is for sure.

    Thanks, Henk.

Impressive work, Henk. Interesting finally to see a sample of the real 62164. Neither the code GAT 16339 nor 62164 pops up on the Glasurit online website, so maybe Glasurit will need to be contacted for a translation of these old codes to the present code for this particular color?

Did you resolve this color issue? Did you paint your car this color?

Yes, we have a formula and a sample quart of the paint. The body has the welding work done at this moment, painting will be another 2 months or more away....

Yes, however we always use Glasurit (single stage and water based).
