I understand the course was open at LRP today........

Sorry for no gratuitous pictures. I spent the day mating the gear box to the engine, then upliftin the assembly back into the car with my dad. As most northeasters know, Dad was present when the engine bolts rattled free on the washboard roads during our RED Rally Anyway, I digress.

Discovered a stripped thread on the upper right engine/trans stud. Replaced that and all went into place with little fanfare. Though I did have to lower the assembly once all tightened up in order to re install the throttle linkage pivot. All is good. Back on Tuesday to finish the oil lines, fresh refill of Brad Penn and fire her back up.
