    Shouldn't the engine lid be painted black under the grille? it seems that most restorations paint the entire lid body color, no sure if correct or not for 67.

    Yes Moito mine is 301666 and the black is there, but I was also thinking of my 1968 911S. I thought all SWB had the black trim under the grill so I painted it black... didn't realize the cutting date was 1967...

    A good friend of mine is the bigest Rindt collector, he found it on an old film. There are more films, we are working on it to picture it.
