I sold that one but I have another one in a box under a desk. The bracket and motor mount the same, the extra linkage is so that the arm is on the opposite side.
You can find all the parts in PET. I don't know what the option code was. Perhaps this was pre-option codes, my kardex just has names for everything, no codes. This particular item was not on the kardex, the parts came loose with the car.
