All,
I buddy of mine found this catalog of Porsche images from the 50's and 60's on the Stanford Site. Enjoy!

Great stuff, thanks for posting the link.
Love the "Le Mans Practice Day" picture on the next to last page.
I like the one of the worker on his back, under a 911/912, reading the news paper with a smoke.
thanks Dave
I love all these old press pics from the time that Porsche was still an emerging minnow on the world stage.
Many I have never seen before.
The 356 gang would love these !
There is only one minor correction - about 1/2 way through there is a Gulf Mirage Ford/BRM thingy that is labelled a 908.
Any more ??
Thanks

1970 914-6 - materialised from the 'Lotto' garage into reality
1971 2.2 911 S - now back in the UK - sob!
1975 Carrera Targa (ROW) - missed.
One of us is fast becoming a valuable antique.

The Revs deal was formerly the Collier Collection. Miles Collier formed a partnership with Stanford to form the Revs Institute. The digital operation is run out of Palo alto and the cars are located in Naples Fl. The collection is open to the public. Here's the main site. We're about 3 hours south of Tampa, Maybe an hour west of Miami and 3 hours south of Orlando. It's well worth visiting. Roughly 120 cars on the floor at any given time.

These are spectacular photos! Thanks for sharing them.
Edit: Had to post one of these pics "without permission". I'll delete it if someone objects.
Perhaps the most famous normally aspirated 911 ever to compete at the 24 hours.
What a photo!

Richard thanks for posting The link to the museum
We are planning on being in Naples next week so really looking forward to the trip to the museum
By the way do you have any idea who owns the strawberry 911 S that I have seen downtown, looks to be a 72/73. Really pretty car.
