    25th Technoclassica (germany)

Today the Technoclassica opened its doors. The largest oldtimer show worldwide celebrates its 25th anniversary, which makes it even more speciale.
There's lots of Porsches to be seen, and as you know Porsches 911 are booming so ofcourse that's what you find there..

Yeah, please do. So bummed that I completely overlooked this event. I am flying out to Germany tomorrow and could have gone a day early. Damn...

Was the Steve McQueen car really restored since it was purchased? Didn't look at it closely enough to tell. Here is a 1965 one that certainly wasn't:

Just came back from Essen and honestly I was a bit disappointed by the lack of effort from the factory (it is the 50th anniversary!) and the 911s on display. I was hoping to see more original cars, barn finds, 911R, prototypes, etc... Obviously still fun to go but the last two years have been less exciting.
