Here for sale, is a late '73 model has the 2.4 liter, CIS engine. Chassis No. 9113111514 was purchased from Chick Iverson Porsche-Audi on 5/11/1973. I purchased it from the original owner in April of 1976 with about 63,000 "freeway" miles on it. Since my purchase, it was driven regularly from 1975 until 1992. After 1992, it became a weekend driver. It has always been garaged and covered when parked outside. It was not driven in rain or on days when the pavement was wet.
In 1978 it had an engine rebuild at 83,000 miles. I have the receipt showing what was done and replace. In 1980 it went over 100,000 miles and the clear coat on the silver factory paint was "checking". I had it repainted in the factory silver color.
In 1991 at 161,000 miles it had a complete engine and transmission rebuild with new engine case, pistons, rings, etc. Again, I have the receipt for all work done and parts installed. In the last 20 years I have added just 32,000 miles of occasional use for a total of 193,000 miles.
Car has been maintained by European Motor Sports in Vista, California since 1999 and is in excellent mechanical condition, underbody is clean with no visible rust.
Interior is black and in excellent condition. Seats are black vinyl with cloth inserts. The drivers seat is a factory Sport Seat. Original radio has been replaced and speakers have been professionally mounted in the door panels. Original leather covered steering wheel is worn and has been replaced with a Momo wheel. The original wheel is included . Headliner and carpet on the back shelf has been replaced. The rest of the floor carpeting (which have always been covered by mats) are original and in excellent shape. Seat anchors have been powder coated and the clock has just been fixed. Targa top has been folded less than 10 times in the 36 years I have had this car so it is excellent shape. There are no cracks in the dashboard.
I have the original Owners Manual and Warranty book. I also have purchased all of the gold foil engine stickers and the alternator sticker. These can be attached by the buyer at his convenience.
Paint looks good from a distance but shows a bit of wear. Worst area is the edge of the driver's door which has several chips (see picture). Body panels fit flushly and gaps are uniform. They are particualry good for a Targa. There are no door dings or dents of any kind. The only rust are some very small bubbles below the window in the right rear corner panel (see picture). The factory Fuchs wheels were refinished in April of 2009 and I got new lug nuts and new Bridgestone Potenza tires at that time.
The auction includes the original owner's manual and warranty book. It also includes all of my receipts going back to 1979, a bra, car cover, and Club steering wheel anti-theft device.
Sold for $25,101 on ebay (asking price on the samba was $34,500 )

You are looking at a beautiful 1973 1/2 911T 2.4L. This is a numbers matching car, original color(8080) and a book full of documentation for the car. It has C.I.S. fuel injection, air conditioning(that really works well), power windows, power mirrors, turbotrol oil cooler and recaro seats. We have owned the car a little over ten years and only driven it a handful of times in the summer. It is washed on a regular basis and full detail done before winter hibernation and covered up. I would say the interior is a solid 9 out of 10 and the exterior an 8. It does have a few small imperfections on the exterior but very easy fixes. There is also a small dent on the front lip of the hood which you can see in the pics. We could have the dent fixed if the car is sold for the right price. If you are from out of state and not able to come look at the car prior to purchasing, there is a PPI company in Billings, Montana, if someone would like one done.

Peter, I am the current owner of 9112101940, otherwise known as Daisy. I've had her for around 1 1/2 years, and had some work done on her. and she is a joy to drive. I'm at 90% of where I'd like her to be; the interior is next...new seat with tartan on the list, map pockets, etc. Do you know who the previous owner was, where she came from, any of her very early history? I'm trying to get as much info as possible...thanks. This is what she looks like today.
